My wife just called me and said, "Are you in front of your computer?"
I said I was.
She said, "Go to Google Maps and click on Get Directions. In the first field type in New York, NY and in the second field type in Paris France and then click the Get Directions button. Now scroll down and read direction #23."
I couldn't believe it! Google Maps was instructing people in this step of the instructions to "Swim across the Atlantic Ocean 3,462 miles"!! (Thanks to Jan in Austrailia for bringing this to my wife's attention)
In real estate, I quite often use Google Maps to map out multiple addresses when I am showing clients several homes. It is a great tool to organize the route visually without doing backtracking. It also tells me drive time so I can better schedule showings.
I'm just glad it gives driving directions and doesn't make me swim across the Kaw or Wakarusa Rivers!
Thanks and "Don't keep me a secret--I'm never too busy for your referrals!"

I told Dawn about this for a good laugh and she asked me how long it says it will take, the results are that it says it will take you 29 days and 7 hours.
I wonder how they came up with that number, LoL!!
Rob,
Can you imagine the wrinkles you'd have?
Where have you been?
Lucky :)
(Elderberry again.....;))
Wrinkles indeed!
I had two closings yesterday and have one tomorrow. I ned to update my AR listings to SOLD. I have another closing on the 30th, one on May 30th, and one on June 29th. I have a LP tomorrow and three contracts I will be writing up this week. I hope those work out. One is with an investor who always comes in low but this one is bank owned and they may just go for it since the bank is in Oregon. While Zach helps me with some of the websites and does my visual tours, AR is still up to me and I don't have an assistant yet. That is on the agenda for next spring.
I know you are probably double or triple what I have going on but I'm working at it.
Love,
Rob
(Fig this time...almost expected prune--with the wrinkles!!)
Rob,
Yippee!!! We love closings!!! You're starting to see what I've been talking about "finding a balance".
But I guess when you're number one in your state, you can afford to coast!
Lucky :)
