I researched Lawrence Kansas area Property Investment Clubs to see who had Lawrence Kansas Real Estate Investment meetings and found that there just weren't any that met any more (one listing was found but they disbanded).
So, I decided to start a new group LOLIC (Landlords of Lawrence Investment Club). We will meet at 3300 Clinton Parkway Ct., Lawrence, KS 66047 in Conference Room B. Call Rob at 785-393-2274 or email Rob@YouWantHouses.com for dates and times.
Membership in the club is FREE as I am underwriting the conference room rental fees and other costs so investors can concentrate on property investments and not on membership dues.
FREE Seminar Classes will be conducted at each meeting on topics such as "How to Make Money in Real Estate Investments", "How to Find Distressed Properties, Foreclosures, and Short Sales", "Why You Should Try to Raise and Improve Your Credit Score Even Higher and How to Do It", "Bifurcation: The Art of Dividing Your Purchase Cost for Maximum Tax Savings", and more.
