Rob, my goodness that's a lot of maps etc. Looks like a very long lot if I'm reading the graph properly.

Thanks Gena!  Yes, many tracts are very long and narrow here because of the minimum road frontage rules here.  These tracts each had 250' of road frontage and this one is 1336 feet long as noted on the topographical map.  You can only build on the front five acres and the back 2.67 acres is considered for recreational use by local rulings.
