There is a new Home Energy Saver Website and savings calculator out now at http://hes.lbl.gov/.  There are no cost and low cost tips that you can pass on to your clients or simply pass the link on to them.  This link will be in
next month's newsletter that I mail out.  I used the energy advisor to fine tune the calculator to be more like my home in the Lawrence Kansas real estate area and discovered $3100 would be my annual utility bills total, which is pretty close.  It also said I could save almost $1500 per year by making some changes and it told me what
changes to make!  This can help a person decide whether it is worthwhile through energy savings to replace a furnace, hot water heater, etc. and how long it will take to pay off the cost of the replacements.
