Visual Tours

One of the best things we can do for both our sellers and our buyers is to get photos and Visual Tours on our listings.  I take that one step further and with the sellers' permission, I take photos and Visual Tours of listings without them to give to my buyers as a value added service.  With a flat monthly subscription price for the Visual Tours, I can make an unlimited number of tours to hand out to neighbors, buyers, sellers to hand out to others and more.  How about sharing some other ideas on how you are using Visual Tours or as a consumer, how you received one.

Thanks!

I'm having trouble understanding what your take is on the virtual tours.  What do you mean when you say, "I take photos and Visual Tours of listings without them..."  I'm curious!

I was about to buy a new camera with a wide angle lens for virtual tours so the virtual tour service is new ground for me.  I was thinking about hiring a service but this is one of those things I want to see if I can do myself, before I increase expenses and leverage it out completely.

Hi Steve,

Yes, you can make visual tours yourself.  I go and take photos of a home.  I then run them through my Visual Tour software.  It stitches photos together and creates a visual tour such as http://www.visualtour.com/inventory.asp?u=90635 (to see my entire inventory).  Email me at Rob@IHaveAddresses.com if you want to sign up and I will get you in contact with a sales rep.

Another option is to hire someone to do it all for you... I charge a one time fee/listing and I can do MLS Photos and the virtual tours. I set up many appts with sellers so the agent doesn't need to be present... saves the agent a lot of time and it gets done by a pro...
