One of my lenders offers a home buyers' course and I offer one as well. I also offer an investment property course. Offering no obligation, free classes on various topics helps buyers, sellers, and investors to make informed decisions.
While there is a lot that can be learned from AR blogs and other website blogs, not everything that bloggers know is shared online. Each of us holds back nuggets of truth that really make lightbulbs come on in people's heads.
Out of necessity, we don't share all of them with everyone or all Realtors® that read these blogs would be alike. Each of us as Realtors® have strengths and weaknesses and each has something different to offer. Pick the one to work with that has the most to offer you but do yourself a favor.
Check several out and see what they have to offer. Put them to the test and select one to work with that best meets your needs. Even if your brother, a neighbor, a friend, etc. are a Realtor®, don't pick them based upon your relationship. Pick them because they best meet your needs.
