June 2007 brought the sale of 14 Eudora Kansas homes which is an increase from the 9 homes SOLD in May. In May the average was $162,078 but this past month the average was only $149,350.
Eudora Kansas real estate traditionally has the second largest number of SOLD homes each month in the county and also will usually have the second highest average price of homes SOLD. Lawrence is number one and Baldwin is number three.
In all of Douglas County real estate, $540,000 was the highest price and $40,000 was the lowest price with the average being $194,650. This compares with $575,000 as the highest price and $46,500 was the lowest price with the average being $187,595 in May.
Average DOM (days on market) for the county was 87 vs. May was 88 (homes selling only one day faster).
