Cluttered photos of homes better than none??

I just added a listing that can be found at this AR page.  Here are a couple of photos to illustrate the cluttered look.  My question is to Active Rainers out there is this:  Is it better to have "cluttered" photos until the owners declutter or would it be better to have no photos at all?  NOTE:  Let's omit the issue that it should be decluttered before it goes on the market since that is not always an option for people.

How many say they prefer no photos with listings if the photos are showing the clutter?  How many say photos are essential even if they look cluttered?

Again, these people found out they had to move and wanted the home on the market right away to not miss March buyers which in this area is an inordinate number of people.  They are removing the clutter and putting things in tubs and new photos will be posted.

After providing advice to declutter first and then list the property, how many would not list the property and risk having it go to another Realtor by saying it needs to be declutterred before you wil list it?

MLS Stats for Douglas County Homes that SOLD Feb 2007

Welcome to Douglas County Kansas real estate where the end of February brought us a bright, sunny 76 degree day, 5-6 inches of rain last night, and heavy snowflakes blowing straight across this morning; all within less than 24 hours!!

February 2007 brought the sale of 67 homes versus 51 homes in January so more homes are selling as we move into Spring(??).  This is great information to know if you have a home for sale or homes for sale in Lawrence Kansas, Baldwin Kansas, or Eudora Kansas.  Now is the time to get your home on the market if you want to or need to sell your home.  118 homes have already sold which means 118 buyers have come and gone and if you wait another month another 100 or more buyers will be gone.  I calculated the following statistics for you:

Baldwin (3) avg. price $200,667

Eudora (4) avg. price $188,651

NW Lawrence (20) avg. price $219,515

NE Lawrence (15) avg. price $116,790

SW Lawrence (12) avg. price $224,967

SE Lawrence (12) avg. price $138,354

Rural Lawrence (1) avg. price $69,000

$685,000 was the highest price and $44,200 was the lowest price

Average DOM (days on market) was 101 vs. last month was 130 (homes selling faster)

Average price for the county $178,024

5 had 5 or more bedrooms

20 had 4 bedrooms

28 had 3 bedrooms

11 had 2 bedrooms

1 had 1 bedroom

1 had no bedrooms (church building zoned residential that could have bedrooms added...below is a photo of the church and a quilt block my wife made of it for her Churches of Douglas County quilt that can be found here.  This 2,515 sq ft church sold for only $75,000!!)
