FSBO sellers need to know there are 4 types of buyers in the market.  

Buyers are either:

1) Buyers who have already SOLD their house and/or are very motivated and in a hurry to buy and they are going to buy a house today     OR

2) Buyers who have a house to sell before they can buy and/or are not buying right away    OR

3) Want to save the commission and buy the house directly from the seller to get 6% off the price     OR

4) Investors who want to pay you cents on the dollar

FSBO sellers need to know a REALTOR like myself will only work with groups number 1, group number 2, and group number 4

FSBO sellers need to know the buyers in group 3 want to save the same 6% that FSBO sellers were hoping to save by trying to sell the house themselves so the FSBO sellers have failed to set out to do what they intended to do

FSBO sellers need to know REALTORS earn their commission by bringing offers from their qualified buyers
